NH Brussels Stéphanie

We arrived to Brussels very early in the morning, and we were able to store our luggage in the hotel without any problems. Our check-in and check-out were both done by a very kind young man, I didn’t catch his name, but he had a slight French accent :) Our room was pretty and had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and since we only stayed for 2 nights, we refused cleaning and received a voucher for a complimentary drink! In the morning, we were surprised at the huge selection and variety at the breakfast buffet. The fruit juices and coffee were really tasty! The hotel is also very close to the station Midi, just two stops by metro. Our stay at this hotel was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

It's a buffet with top-notch food that'll kickstart your day like a boss (don't forget to try the croissants). No hangry mornings here! Just keep in mind you will have to pay extra for your breakfast. Oh, and let's not forget about the stellar staff. Seriously, these folks are like sunshine on a rainy day—helpful, friendly, and always ready to make your stay extra awesome. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped decorate my mom’s room for her 60th birthday. They were very friendly as well as professional. Always greeted with a smile and always happy to assist. The hotel was well equipped and very comfortable. The location is very good with links to public transport and Ubers. Thank you team! You are all a credit to your company. I would recommend this to family and friends.
